Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Lithuania 14 ICT Strategy Goals(1) - by 2005 to expand works in the spheres of electronic business, public administration, competence of the population, use of the Lithuanian language in computers set - to ensure that by 2005 no less than 40% of the State registers and databases operated within the general State data collection system
