HOUSTON | GPS Memorandum of Understanding  Tracking Student Progression: Data for Project Evaluation – Participating institutions will track the progress and outcomes of cohorts by meta-major using key progress milestones such as rate at which students: complete 15 credits in 1 term, complete 30 credits in 1 year, are retained from term 1 to term 2 and from year 1 to year 2, and complete a credential. – Community colleges will track the rates at which students transfer to a 4-year institution (by receiving institution) and, among those who transfer, the percentage who complete a bachelor’s degree.
