Patient: Johnny Hopkins Age: 54 Gender: Male Height: 6’3 Weight: 210lbs Vital Signs: HR: 76bpm Respiratory rate: 16rpm Blood Pressure: 136/82 mmHg Temperature: 96.4 degrees F Chief complaint Physical appearance of teeth and trouble chewing Medical Alert Asthma and latex allergy Name of Syndrome: Hydrohidrotic Extodermal Dysplasia Cause of Syndrome - Medical History (if applicable) Genetic Disorder Mutations in the EDA, EDAR, and EDARADD genes cause hypohidrotic ectodermal dysplasia

Orofacial Clinical Features Hypodontia Malformed teeth Small and pointed teeth Age/race/sex predilections and Systemic Clinical Features: Sparse scalp and body hair Prominent forehead Thick lips Flattened bridge of the nose Thin, wrinkled, and dark-colored skin around the eyes Chronic skin problems such as eczema Bad-smelling discharge from the nose (ozena) Radiographic Features of this Syndrome X-ray films of hands, feet, or both may demonstrate specific skeletal deformities
