Attending an introductory session Participating in a specified Students Association or community volunteering role Selecting a STAR Award level – bronze, silver or gold Participating in two workshops on skills development and interview technique Maintaining an ePortfolio-based reflective diary Undertaking an assessed competency-based interview to measure achievement of Aberdeen Graduate Attributes

7 Piloting HEAR An Aberdeen HEAR Working Group has been established The University is evaluating the co- curriculum recognition process, with a view to recognising the STAR Award on the leaving Student Transcript In the context of STAR, section 6.1 of HEAR is particularly relevant It is anticipated that HEAR will also verify students achievement of Graduate Attributes
