Placements are captured in 3 ways: An EFM placement is recorded for an individual via result of a referral to a job order ( 750 to 879). An obtained employment (880 to 881) is recorded by staff. For a new hire placement, the individual has had at least one reportable service AND has a new hire match within 90 days of their exit. Monthly Management Report Short-Term
