AASHE's Vision  AASHE envisions a prosperous, equitable, and ecologically healthy world.  In such a world, higher education plays a vital role in ensuring that people have:  an understanding of the inter- dependencies between environmental, social, and economic forces; and  the skills and abilities to meet sustainability challenges

AASHE's Structure  Non-profit organization - 501(c)(3)  Board of Directors - 11-17 members from across U.S., including business leaders, academics, administrators and students  Staff – approx 25 in 10 states (offices in Lexington, KY and Denver, CO)  Advisory Council – 50-60 members  Senior Council – 10-15 members  Members are non-voting 10/23/2015
