Create a new email by clicking on the New button Creating an Email

Create the below email to send to Lou Creating an Email Attach an image of a logo (found on the SHARED) Lou Costello Include a formal message explaining about the logo you have designed Use formatting the same as this one Spellcheck Include a formal message explaining about the logo you have designed Use formatting the same as this one Spellcheck Add a subject

You will now get a message from Lou that needs to be Forwarded to Bud (bud.abbot_SWSC@yahoo.co.uk) click on the Forward button Forwarding an Email

Create the below forwarded email Forwarding an Email Bud Abbot Include a formal message to explain why you are forwarding the message Use formatting the same as this one Spellcheck Include a formal message to explain why you are forwarding the message Use formatting the same as this one Spellcheck

Bud will then send you an email requesting your advice on file size click on the Reply button Replying to an Email

Right click on Inbox folder and select Create New Folder Sorting emails into folders

Name the new folder as Project and press enter to confirm Sorting emails into folders

Now move your recent emails from Bud and Lou into the newly created Project folder Sorting emails into folders

Then tick the Options Set up Out of Office Message Click on the Office 365 settings button

Select the shortcut set up automatic reply message button in the account option (or go straight to organize email) Set up Out of Office Message

Make sure this button is on Include an out of office a suitable message Add the date range where you will not be in the office

Select the People and then +New Save Contacts In Pop up window select Create contact

Enter the below details for Lou (copy and paste to avoid mistakes) Save Contacts Lou Costello lou.costello_swsc@yahoo.co.uk Click Save to finish

Create a Distribution List Select the People and then + New From Pop up window select Create group

Create a Distribution List Project Team Add Lou Costello; Bud Abbot; Harold Lloyd as members Add Lou Costello; Bud Abbot; Harold Lloyd as members Remember to click Save

Create a Distribution List This has moved the contacts into the list
