2. What is a CCTV? A CCTV is a Closed-Circuit Television. Its is a camera that records specific actions of people in areas such as shops, malls, offices, supermarkets, next to ATMs etc. The CCTV works 24/7, it’s very useful to tape everything that is going on, therefore, when a crime scene occurs, it proves the real story of the happening. It records an action of a person in a specific location to catch or follow or see what people are up to either good or bad.

3. What are CCTVs’ used for? CCTV’s are used to take care of our community and record every action incase of a crime scene. They are useful and protective. It is used to record people in a certain activity in certain places. It is used for security to see if someone stealing or vandalizing property.

4. What is the purpose of CCTV’s? Their purpose of cameras is to prevent people from breaking the law an if someone breaks the law due to CCTV’s recording we will know who it was due to the film. CCTV’s cameras help to track the people who broke the law. It also helps securities see what people are doing in certain places. CCTV’s help solve crimes and they provide proof.

5. Where are CCTV’s located? CCTV’s are everywhere. They are located in shops, malls, offices, supermarkets, next to ATMs, parking lots, elevators, some houses, apartment building, hospitals

6. Are CCTV’s Misused? CCTV’s are misused because they’re everywhere and we might not be aware. They can sometimes be in/outside dressing rooms, bathrooms, also in/outside of houses, and apartment buildings.

It was released by the shopping center to the police and the public in the hunt for James Bulger's killers. 2 year old James Bulger was kidnapped and killed at a shopping center. 9. 2 held for illegal withdrawal of cash from ATM Police, on Friday, arrested two youths hailing from affluent families for illegally withdrawing cash from ATMs by using card details of others. The arrest came on the basis of CCTV footage of two ATMs booths from which they had illegally withdrawn Rs 45,000
