12. TEN-T/CEF and neighbourhood  The CPMR notes the limits regarding the intervention of the CEF outside the EU. Consistent with its high expectations vis-à-vis the EU’s policy towards its neighbours, it should mobilize for a better consideration of neighbouring, pre-accession and candidate countries in EU transport infrastructure policy.
