These include –Physical - Ethernet, TCP/IP –Human readable - HTML, JAVA, Active X –Machine readable - XML, SOAP, SNMP, SMTP,.NET, J2EE, SQL Web pages for user interface IT data standards for open communications between devices These standards will dominate in the future
