Define route settings (sites, distances, speeds)
Choose system/link plan operating conditions (a.m/p.m etc)
Visually alter TDD for desired coordination and traffic flow
Output: new SCATS settings (SCATS commands text file)
Apply settings by loading file into SCATS Access
