2. Zacler ZZZZacler is a small town near Trutnov. IIIIt has about 3700 people and offers many natural and historical beauties. IIIIt is a nice place in the north of the Czech Republic.

3. History of Zacler  Zacler was founded in 1334.  It served as a guarding town on the road to poland.

4. Coal-mining  In Zacler there was a big mining centre.  Coal was mined from 1570 to 1992. After mining, the mines serve for tourists.

Surroundings of Zacler ZZacler is in a mountainous territory. IIn the Giant Mountains there is the highest mountain in the CZECH REPUBLIC - Snezka NNear Zacler there is Rychorsky prales which is the most beautiful part of the Rychory. TThe Rychory are the most eastern and at the same time very beautiful part of the Giant Mountains.

6. Skiing in Zacler ZZacler is a very good place for skiing. TThe Area of Prkenny Dul has 7 ski lifts. 44 lifts are called Arrakis and 3 lifts are Bret.

7. Tips for trips MMilitary fortress stachelberg is about 7 kilometres far from zacler. IIn the past it was a very important fortress For the defence against fascist germany.

8. Cultural Trip RRuzovy paloucek (rose glade) is very important because J.A.Komensky („the teacher of nations“) left his homeland here when he was forced to emigrate in. TThe rose glade is a very beatiful place which is about 2 km far from Zacler.

9. Rýchorský prales (forest) is the most nicest place in Zacler. In the forest is the most rare plant in neighbourhood of Zacler.
