9 Transfer is Key We have over 60 agreements with area colleges and universities, including: o Dual Admission (16) o Core-to-Core (8) o Program-to-Program (25 schools, 170) o Guaranteed Admission (4) Most of our articulations are with private institutions Transfer services at six of our campuses

10 Virtual Transfer Advisor Idea We needed an on-line advising system It had to be simple, accurate, and easy for students to use It needed to be sophisticated enough to accommodate all types of agreements; simple and complex ones AcademyOne

12 TransferCheck 11,618 visits by 2,295 students The highest percentage of visits - Business and CIS majors 53% earned at least 30 credits while 47% earned less than 30 credits 69% enrolled in transfer programs

13 TransferCheck Facts Over 44,000 page visits; a combination of current and prospective students On average, each student made 5 repeated visits On average, students spent a little over 2 minutes on TC Students were very likely to search for given major at more than one institution Students visited TC during peak registration periods
