10. Step 1: Getting Started! Take a moment to inventory how you and your individual students best learn – by hearing, doing or seeing? Consider how you might better use the gateways of learning in your weekly instruction.

11. Step 1: Getting Started! A number of techniques to help students hear and match pitch are demonstrated on the video. An important first step is to get to know each individual’s voice. Consider how to include tone- matching in your group warm-ups.
