5 The university aims to produce graduates with positive components. Students recognized to learn more in college than academic information. An important skill for the students to learn is leadership

6 Leadership is the ability to get others to do something significant that they might not otherwise do Leadership helps to point us in the same direction and harness our efforts jointly.

7 Mission Leadership opportunities can be structured by colleges for maximum impact.

28 We ought to work to ensure that we encourage and facilitate leadership roles for the students with whom we work, the administrators, instructors and the students’ leaders. It should be based on all personnel brain- storming and re-evaluation.

Using proper more time for all procedures for more leadership skills practice may be get more effective output and outcome. Starting producing the first leader generation is the marked important step for following generations producing.
