The university aims to produce graduates with positive components. Students recognized to learn more in college than academic information. An important skill for the students to learn is leadership

The rotational activities for training …..should be couple with entertaining for fun. The student leaders’ leadership influenced other students’ leadership extremely… as Bandura’s Theory. Leadership will help students long after they leave university.

We ought to work to ensure that we encourage and facilitate leadership roles for the students with whom we work, the administrators, instructors and the students’ leaders. It should be based on all personnel brain- storming and re-evaluation.

The creative “Rotational Leading” actions can be created in detail. The key function is presentation activities competitively. Using proper more time for all procedures for more leadership skills practice may be get more effective output and outcome. Starting producing the first leader generation is the marked important step for following generations producing.
