22. Fees One time application fee: $500 Not-for-profit annual recognition fee: $1,000 For-profit annual recognition fee: $10,000 Attendee records fee: $1 per credit hour, per attendee—maximum $10 per attendee Application renewal fee: $250 Appeal: $1,500 initial deposit (fee determined by costs)
