* Our total revenue for this quarter is down about $2,400 from this time last year. * The Guard House rentals have been down somewhat, plus we’ve have more residents renting at a reduced price. * Same thing for the Cafeteria, a lot of the rentals have been from residents, who pay no user fees. * I did hit a record high with beach permits this quarter, taking in $3,200.
