2. Affidavit of Transfer to Real Estate The BMV no longer requires an application for certificate of title in addition to the ATRE application, pursuant to IC 9-17-6-15.1 (d).

3.  Compliance with Indiana law.  Eliminates the complex title application process.  BMV ATRE staff resources can be utilized for other programs.  Increases application turnaround time.  Reduces the cost of the ATRE application from $35- $56 to $20. BENEFITS

4. Application for Affidavit of Transfer to Real Estate - State Form 51408 The ATRE application and ATRE Affidavit have been combined.

7. CENTRALIZED APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS All applications are processed through the Central Office Title Processing department. A manufactured home must have a serial number or vehicle identification number affixed to the home prior to applying for the ATRE.  Affidavit of Transfer to Real Estate - State Form 51408  One Proof of Ownership Document.  $20 ATRE Fee.
