CONSTITUTION Does your First Nation already have a Constitution? If so, what does it address? Note: Law-Making Protocol will exist alongside your Constitution

LAW-MAKING PROCESS (CURRENT) What process is currently used by your First Nation to pass Bylaws under the Indian Act?

LAW-MAKING PROCESS (FUTURE) What process should be used to propose your Law? Should only Council be able to introduce a Law or propose an amendment or can this be done by a Member?

LAW-MAKING PROCESS (FUTURE) What process should be used to pass your Law? Should only Council be able to vote on the Law and amendments to it or should all Members be entitled to vote on it?

REGISTRY Does your First Nation currently have a registry for your bylaws or traditional laws? Provide suggestions on how a registry could be established.
