They live in the united states of America, in States such as California, Oregon and Washington. They like cold weather, and moderate weather.

They hunt for their food in the day, and sleep at night. They eat smaller to medium size animals such as mice

They eat fish such as trout salmon and other large fish. They also eat rabbits, hares, raccoons, beavers, sea otters, and other small mammals, although fish are preferred.

They are endangered because people kill them for food. They are protected by the USA. There are about 10,000 of them left.

They push there babies out of the nest at a very young age to make them learn how to fly and if they start to fall the male will swoop down, catch them bring them back up and do it again. They aren't actually bald on their head.
