Test Area will move to North-CH Absorber Schedule 12-Mar MIRAPRO

Summary (1)Ordering of the first absorber body was delayed 2-3 month from original expectation. It will make tight schedule of preparation and test at KEK. (2)Thermometer/level sensors inside and outside absorber body were ordered by LBNL to save extra cost. Thanks again! (3)Other parts will arrive at KEK by March-2009. (4)Thin absorber flanges will be set at KEK. First flanges will be arrived from Univ. of Mississippi.
