1 Follow Up Questions Diabetes is caused by an increase in blood glucose. People with diabetes II also have a very high risk for developing Alzheimer’s disease. If increased blood glucose enhances memory, then why would we see high amounts of blood glucose inhibiting memory in Alzheimer’s disease?

2 Follow Up Questions If you were a physician and looked at the data and conclusions from this experiment, what would you give/suggest to your elderly patients suffering from deficits in memory formation?
