Example: If you want to access geography’ AFS space via a drive letter, first, you need to know its location in Unix - /afs/isis/depts/geog/, then create a AFS drive using this path.

Note: -You do not have to set a drive letter for a particular space every time when you login – most time, your computer will remember the mapping. -Also, most PCs managed by ITS or OASIS will map some typical AFS space automatically, such as the general AFS space /afs, or /afs/isis/depts/geog, or your personal AFS space.
