Appeals to our sense of touch It can quickly evoke memories and emotions. You don’t need to touch a baby’s skin to know its silky smooth and soft.

About Scratchboard Scratchboard is a technique where the artist scratches away ink to reveal a color underneath. Scratchboard forces the artist to think in reverse to pull the image from the surface. It is an etching, subtractive technique.
