The goal is that NEST shall be a well used tool in analyzing: - cost-effective measures for reducing nutrients to the Baltic Sea - effects of nutrient reductions in the sea Internal factors: What is the strengths and weaknesses in the science behind NEST and in how it is presented (the interface) External factors: Why will NEST be used (opportunities) and what will hinder the use of NEST (threats)
