Building of automatic control systems of the sucker rod pumping unit motor By: student Shachkov A. M. Scientific adviser: professor Kostygov A. M. 1
2
Purpose: The overview of algorithms and automatic control systems of electric sucker rod pump (SRP) drives Tasks: Comparative analysis of SRP electric drive control systems; Description and analysis of sucker rod pumping unit (SRPU); Studying of electric SRP drive vector control system 2
3
Object of control: SRPU general scheme, where 1 - electric motor; 2 - V-belt drive; 3 - reduction gear; 4 - crank; 5 - connecting rod; 6 - balancer; 7 - head of balancer; 8 - rope suspension; 9 - wellhead rod; 10 - wellhead gland; 11 - rods column; 12 - pump cylinder; 13 - pump plunger; 14 - discharge valve; 15 - suction valve; 16 - tubing column. Conclusion System vector control has the following advantages: to determine the operating parameters of the sucker rod pumping unit using electric motor parameters obtained from the frequency converter via the fieldbus; to analyze the state of the sucker rod pumping unit equipment to measure the torque and other parameters without sensors but using the frequency converter. 9
