1. Strengths:  TRADE employs individuals who care about Dominica.  Provides quality one of a kind tourist packages that can’t be found with any other organization.  Dominica is a beautiful enjoyable.  Working towards the betterment of the Dominican economy.

2. Weaknesses:  Not well established among potential clients.  Local Dominicans may be resistant to change  Harder to generate income as a non-profit organization.

3. Opportunities:  TRADE has the chance to build relationships between the U.S. and Dominica.  Raise United States awareness of Dominica and its resources.  Currently minimal options for potential Tourists.

4. Threats:  Natural disasters  Possible changes in Political Policies

5.  TRADE will establish relationships with local Dominican officials by bringing business to the economy of Dominica.  Local citizens of Dominica will appreciate TRADE for bringing consumers for their business and for raising global awareness of the island of Dominica.

6.  Once a steady tourist business is established it will function without TRDE influence.  Competition will result and drive up the economy.
