Mission: Sfera with its work through education contributes in increasing the awareness of all age groups about the importance of fire protection and benefits arising from it. Vision: Developing Volunteer Fire Brigade in Bitola, Scandinavian principle of volunteer fire brigades in action of the Municipality Bitola and understanding among youth of voluntarism. Aims: Creation of a youth volunteer fire brigade Bitola Creating a Training Centre for young firefighters in Bitola Sfera’s networking with other international organizations Increasing awareness of the importance of youth volunteering Improving the leadership skills of volunteers through seminars, training Target Group: Youth aged 15 to 30 years.
