Suggested answer for Task 2a 1.1 Sheltered Workshop Programme Workers are employed full-time manufacturing and packaging goods in the programme’s workshops. The Government is the programme provider, and it is responsible for providing the workshops and supervisor to manage each workshop.

2.2 How these needs can be met by employing the disabled (DF8,9) -make a contribution to society -show the public it is a kind and caring organisation -disabled workers are always punctual -very good attendance records -using workshops is a good way to produce and package more products without having to set up new facilities
