Such future leaders therefore need to act authentically and identify the future leaders by:  Listening  Mentoring  Workshops  Rewards  Recognition

A true leader is one who is able to anticipate change and plan for the future.  Charismatic – natural leaders who are able to make necessary changes happen within organisation or their respective community.  Transactional – such leaders have authorities to make sure certain tasks are completed and accordingly reward or punish individuals or team’s performance.  Transformational – such leaders motivate their team to achieve set goals effectively and efficiently.
