2. www.titul.net.ua 2 Deposit description Location - Ukraine, Zhytomyr region, Baranovsky district, village Dubrovka Land plot area – 30 ha Detailed exploration of Dubrovsky deposit was made in the 1967-70 years. Reserves of alkaline kaolin deposits, approved by the State Commission on Mineral Resources of the USSR in the amount of 8,109,000 tons of category B + C1 and 7,359,000 tons of C2 category (SRC protocol USSR No6492 of 3/10/1973). In 1985-1987 an additional exploration of Dubrovsky deposit was made. Reserves approved by the Scientific and Technical Council, were 2,059,000 tons of category B, 8,109,000 tons of category C1 and 7,359,000 tons of category C2. The residue of alkaline kaolin as of 01.01.2012 was 7616,29 thousand tons of category B+C 1 (994,79 of cat. B, 6621,50 of cat.C 1 ) and 6324 thousand tons of category C 2.

3. www.titul.net.ua 3 Deposit characteristics Capacity of mineral deposits ranges from 1 to 22 meters and in average amounts to 8,2 meters. Capacity of revealing rocks (sand, loam, clay) ranges from 1 to 13 meters and in average is 4,3 meters. In the geological structure of the deposit participate Precambrian rock- crystal, rock crust of weathering, Neogene and Quaternary sediments.

4. www.titul.net.ua 4 Project description To implement the project on the organization of mining and processing of kaolin it is necessary to: Obtain special permission for use of natural resources for the operation of the deposit prepare the technical working design for development of the deposit, and pass expertise obtain license for extraction Obtain permission to start conducting works to purchase equipment for the extraction of kaolin, prepare career to start works on the extraction, Purchase equipment for reprocessing of kaolin
