Some facts: There are about 20 million SMEs in Europe. In Sweden, more than 8 out of 10 companies use ICT to some extent as a tool in their activities In the Budget Bill for 2009 the government pushed for increased use of electronically procurement. The effort must be increased the Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency – 22 million SEK per year since 2009 – a national procurement support program in order to make the whole procurement process electronically
