WHAT IS CONTINUOUS COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION ? It is a process to provide a holistic profile of the learner through regular assessments of scholastic and co-scholastic domains of developments like- Knowledge Understanding Applying Analyzing Evaluating Creating The Scheme focus on the all round development of the personality of the learner.

Comprehensive means- ‘ The scheme attempts to cover both the scholastic and the co-scholastic aspects of the students’ growth and development.. Scholastic Academic Subject Specific Areas English, Hindi, Math, EVS Co-Scholastic Life Skills, Attitudes & Values and Other Co Curricular Activities (Art/Music/Dance, Work Exp. & PHE )

*Attend school regularly and be punctual in all your work. * School starts at 1:30pm. Please be in school by 1:20 p.m. * 80% attendance is compulsory for promotion.

SCHOOL BAG Provide your child with only the necessary things- The required number of books ( kept according to time table), the school calendar, a rough book, tiffin and water bottle,proper stationary – erasers, well sharpened pencils & colour pencils. Parents must check the bag everyday.

ABSENCE * Incase the child has missed classes, parents can come to school to note down the missed work. No books will be sent home. * In case of long absence - Leave letter to be sent addressed to The Vice- Principal to be given in time with the class and Gr. No. mentioned. * Long leave applications must be sent well in advance to obtain approval.

HOME WORK Children must be encouraged to do their work regularly and on their own. Parents may guide them but are not supposed to do the work for them.

WHEN AND HOW TO MEET THE TEACHER Teachers can be met by- 1. taking a prior appoint by writing a note in the child’s almanac / school calendar. 2. meeting the teacher in his / her free period or during the recess. Please do not meet the teacher during class hours when the teacher is in class.

Please ensure fees are paid on time to avoid inconveniences, especially to the children, as they feel very disappointed.

The Almanac / School Calendar Please refer to the school almanac for all details. Also children MUST bring the almanac to school everyday. The almanac will tell you about -
