SMSDC The Southwest Minority Supplier Development Council The Southwest Minority Supplier Development Council (SMSDC), was established in 1999 as a non-profit, 501 C-3 organization that is committed to advocating and building relationships for mutually beneficial business opportunities for our Corporate Members and Minority Business Enterprises (MBE). SMSDC is an affiliate of the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC), the nationally recognized organization that provides the “Gold Standard” certification for MBEs.
