Those who dug out the ditches, tended the plants and flowers, pruned and mowed. Their interest in nature and wild creatures are indeed endearing qualities. When you begin to think of these people, you can’t help but feel that they are important and special. Yes, very special. With this year being our 20th Anniversary, some great events are being planned for you to enjoy. At present your Club is working very hard to get the course to be in the best possible condition. More information about our anniversary events will be coming your way soon. Until then keep well and enjoy the game. During the hot season proper hydration becomes one of the most important things to monitor during your round. Dehydration can cause you to loose concentration, and even faint. Please stay properly hydrated by drinking lots of water and some electrolyte beverages such as Gatorade or M-Sport. Beverages with caffeine and alcohol should be avoided as they dehydrate you even further. Have a sip of water or sports drink before hitting every tee shot and you are guaranteed to have a focussed and enjoyable round of golf! HEALTHY GOLF
