3 Leisure Yachting / Paint School / Assortment / rev May 10 / AG PRIMER / SEALER Vinyl Primer and Vinyl Primer Spray Aluminium pigmented vinyl primer for sealing epoxy coatings and old antifoulings. Can be used as primer for wooden substrates and is suitable for steel, in any area of the boat. Very recoating properties with antifoulings. No maximum recoating interval. Note: Always apply one coat of Vinyl Primer before Racing Ultraspeed! Colours: Aluminium Can sizes: 0,750 ltrs, & 2,5 ltrs. Very good adhesion on top of grp, aluminium and steel. Can be overcoated directly with any antifouling without applying a sealer coat. Can be used for osmosis prevention when a 3-coats system is applied. Colours: GreyMixing ratio: 4:1 Can sizes: 0,750 ltrs, & 2,5 ltrs. Two-pack epoxies Application tools for this primer:

Ideal for steel, but can be used for osmosis treatment or prevention system. Must be sealed before applying any antifouling. Colours: AluminiumMixing ratio: 5.5:1 Can sizes: 0,750 ltrs, & 2,5 ltrs. Epoxy fillers Apply one coat of primer (AntiPest or Epoxy Yacht HB, depending on substrate) Apply Lightweight Filler (necessary thickness, and sand) Apply Finishing Filler (to a smooth finish and sand) Apply one coat of primer Continue with antifouling or topcoat Osmosis repairs Apply directly Epoxy Repair or Osmoshell on the substrate Apply Finishing Filler (to a smooth finish and sand) Apply one coat of primer Continue with antifouling

11 Leisure Yachting / Paint School / Assortment / rev May 10 / AG OSMOSIS TREATMENT Special product Application tools: Osmoshell Glass flakes reinforced, solvent free, pure epoxy coating, which provides a very hard film and a waterproof barrier against water absorption and vapour transmission. Excellent adherence directly on top of any substrate such as steel, aluminium and specially gelcoat or fibreglass. Specially designed product for osmosis treatment with 5 years guarantee. If diluted, can be brushed to protect bilges and interior damp areas, with difficult access. Colours: Light GreenMixing ratio: 2:1 Can sizes: 0,750 ltrs, & 2,5 ltrs.

12 Leisure Yachting / Paint School / Assortment / rev May 10 / AG FILLERS Lightweight Filler Very light weight epoxy filler for high film thickness applications (up to 3 cm. in one coat), can be used above and below the waterline (without affecting the weight of the boat). Very low specific gravity (0,57 kgs/ltr.). Solvent free and very easy to sand. Ideal for very uneven surfaces, such as the ones in aluminium boats or to repair big damages. To be applied on top of Penguin Lightweight Fillers, directly on top of the epoxy primer. Suitable for the osmosis treatment, on top of Penguin Osmoshell. Must be sealed with an epoxy primer. Continuous stirring is recomended, at least every 3-5 min Do not apply on aluminum hulls
