Today’s Generation of Candidates They are: Opportunistic, enthusiastic, respectful of authority, focused on the value of education, close to their parents, used to pressure, very adult supervised, “team players”, community active. Over parented? Non-creative, Non-risk taking? Overstressed? Lack of “play time” The Millennials: Born 1982 – Present Age up to 26 Formative Years 1980-2010

How to use this? The Real World Experience In the workplace, the professional interacts with colleagues from a wide array of educational backgrounds.
