Flextronics & Li & Fung Confidential Action Items Li & Fung 1)Review all Concept documents, provide feedback, and provide suggestions to fill gaps. 2)Provide improved Concept diagrams (e.g., SMART Sleeve, SMART Gamer’s Cap, SMART Shelf, and SMART Handbag). 3)Complete additional market demand research working to: a)Increase volumes and expand application of initiatives – we would like higher volumes and broader applications, if possible. b)Provide additional requirements, as necessary, and prioritize requirements. c)Provide any references for market demand that supports market estimates. 4)Provide Total Addressable Market (TAM) volumes (e.g., how many activewear jackets are sold per year by Li&Fung and what % of the market does this represent) for all Concepts. Flextronics 1)Compare proposed initiatives with previous and current Flextronics’ initiatives to look for relevant experiences and related outcomes. Use this experience to prioritize initiatives. 2)Conceptual design a)Estimate effort b)Determine timeline c)Estimate ‘product cost’ 3)Prioritize Concepts based on market volumes, Non- Recurring Engineering (NRE costs), and timelines to bring technology to market. 4)Complete additional market research in conjunction with Li & Fung.

Flextronics & Li & Fung Confidential USE CASE / EXPERIENCES The Gamer’s Cap (GC) will connect gamers at large-scale gaming events to the virtual gaming activity and vice versa. Gamers who attend growing-in-popularity, gaming events will connect with contestants/combatants and their game playing skills and ability through the Gamer’s Cap. The GC will enable event attendees to obtain status as part of a community connection to others at the event. The GC connects 2-D to 3-D, the 2-D screen display of game activity to attendees located throughout a stadium in 3-D. REQUIREMENTS The Gamer’s Cap (GC) must be customizable/configurable to specific events and games making it event/game relevant. GC should be portable. GC should be aesthetically ‘cool’. GC should have unique identification. GC should require no power if possible. The Gamer’s Cap should be negotiated as an exclusive deal if possible with the Gaming Company holding the event. ROADMAP BENEFIT(S) Will help establish ‘cool’ status Enables the development of a sub-community by connecting people who have made the same team decision/choice. Can be configured for other types of large-scale, in-person events. Provides event feedback to Company sponsoring and organizing the event. Enhances the overall event experience.
