Outcomes Significantly fewer and less intense behavioural problems – at home (ECBI) Significant improvements in parental mental health (GHQ) Parents of babies report significantly improved confidence (KPCS) Teachers report Improved stress levels (TSI) and significant improvements in conduct problems, hyperactivity, emotional symptoms and peer problems (SDQ) Reduced Exclusion Rates “I feel so much more able to cope with my children now” (parent) “I have really learned how to cope with tantrums” (parent) “I feel much calmer now and shout less……. We praise much more in our house now and it really works. I am even learning to praise myself” (parent) I do not raise my voice half as much as I used to and give a lot more praise……. This has had such a positive effect on the children’s behaviour to each other too.” (teacher)
