Summary The specific project management process must be chosen for project The main process groups are Initiation, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing Project integration management processes intended to identify and coordinate other project management processes Initiation and Planning processes define the project baseline whereas Execution, and Monitoring and Controlling processes intended to fulfil the project according this baseline taken into consideration possible changes.
