Final Decision on Isha Vidhya  As agreed on the two polls: Phase out disbursal in 3 years, this year 75%, 2015: 50%, 2016: 25%  No more proposals/presentations, do checklists based on the 2014, meeting minutes  Project partner can choose if they want to use the funds towards scholarship or school adoption  Once we get a quorum on the open poll on Govt school adoption, (unless there is a change in the verdict from what we are seeing so far):  Megha to start checklist for 75% of budget amount for 2014/2015 For 2015/16: 50% For 2016/17: 25%  No more funding after this year.  Redirect Megha to a different project: How about Doorstep School?

3. So far..  Budget proposed initially - Rs 10,000 per kid* 80 kids = Rs. 8,00,000  Discussion: 1. Isha Vidhya has lot of supporters – (counter argument – Vinod hari explained the need of funding clearly. He also suggested that he is ready to do a conference call in order to explain the situation)  2. Asha has other needy projects – (counter argument – Isha has 5820 students to cater)  3. Asha had discussed before to close down the project in order to concentrate on the needy projects. Explanation :

4. Site Visit:  Have contacted Thillai Nayagi Selvakumar and awaiting for her reply. Need to follow up more Scholarship v/s Govt. Adoption:  Vinod hari has requested Asha to continue their support as its once of the biggest participant to their project.  Hence he came up immediately with Govt. adoption proposal once we said we would like to fund for school adoption program. Initially he had proposed -> Rs. 8,66,388 (Details enclosed) Shall we approve for 8,66,388 rs?

New Budget proposal:  75% of budget amount for 2014/2015 : 75% of 8,66,388 =Rs. 6,49,791  50% of budget amount for 2014/2015 : 50% of 8,66,388 = Rs. 4,33,194  25% of budget amount for 2014/2015 : 25% of 8,66,388 = Rs. 2,16,597 Total Budget Release: Rs. 12,99,582 (Have not included transaction charges)
