Course Objective To help students address cultural and cross-cultural aspects of the target language in order to develop intercultural competence.

Basic Competences By the end of this semester, the students will be able to: 1.Understand the target language-culture 2.Develop the knowledge, attitude, skills, and awareness of the target language- culture 3.Design the course syllabus or lesson plans that include cultural and cross- cultural aspects
