2. Overview This project is about deploying the desktop machine for around 1800 users. The process begins from the delivery of machines from HP, delivery verification, Internal assest tagging, movement to the staging room, image blasting, application installation, installation verification by engineer, Installation verification by end users, old setting information capturing, deployement to the user table, resettle the old user setting and sign-off from users. So this document (Project plan) will drive us to acomplish the project and it's internal processes those are mentioned above within the given timeframe with delegated persons.
