2. System Requirements -  Desktop/Laptop with following configurations  Dual/Quad Core processor  2 GB RAM  Web camera (Any)  Windows XP/7 Operating system  Internet Explorer 8.0 or above  Internet Connection (1 Mbps upload speed is recommended A Valid Email ID - Create an email id (preferably a Gmail ID) based on your location.

3. NOTE: Do not Share the videos in Face book, Twitter, You Tube and others. Violation of same / misuse will attract strict action by CEO Office.

4. Go to - www.ustream.tv and Click on Login / Sign up

5. Click on - “create an account without facebook ”

6. Choose I agree terms and conditions and then click on Sign UP button

7. Once you have create valid Username and Password come back to the home page and login using your User ID and Password created

8. Click on Go live button

9. Once you have click on Go Live In the next screen click on Remain Basic

10. Once you click on Remain Basic, screen shown below appears, Provide the details

11. Channel Name should be entered with the nomenclature as explained below : AC [3 Digit AC Number][ Four Digit Part Number] E.g. 1 : AC – 9, Part No. 9 Channel Name shall be entered as : GEAC0090009 E.g. 2 : AC – 10, Part No. 10 Channel Name shall be entered as : GEAC0100010 E.g. 3 : AC – 110, Part No. 100 Channel Name shall be entered as : GEAC1100100

12. Select the Category as - Politics

13. Click No thanks to facebook Connections

14. Now it will take you to the broadcast screen. Here click Allow button and press close button

15. Now you are able to see your video captured through webcam and it’s ready for broadcasting. Now click on both the buttons Start Broadcast & Start Record Start Broadcast Start Record

16. Now you could see a Small URL on the right side of the screen which will be the URL to be provided to DEO / CEO to watch your broadcast. Once you are done with your broadcast after the completion of polling, please click on Stop Broadcast and Stop Record
