2. PURPOSE The purpose of the SLFi… consignment program is to make sure synthetic oil customers realize the best benefit for their purchase dollar. This program is simple, it is designed to facilitate maximizing oil on hand, saving money on freight, buying at lower cost. When an accredited customer purchases through the consignment program that customer is guaranteed no freight charges throughout the consignment period, a discount on products now purchased through SLFi… and no out of product problems if an emergency arises, such as a broken oil line. 2

3. HOW DOES IT WORK When a customer purchases 5 or more 55 gallon drums of an SLFi… full synthetic oil product, that merchandise comes in at no freight charge to this customer. Purchases can be more than 5 drums and as many as 20 depending on the need. 3

HOW DOES IT WORK *A REFERENCE NUMBER OR PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER IS REQUIRED ON ALL CONSIGNMENT ORDERS To help the customer and SLFi keeping track of the consignment inventory; A corresponding amount of numbered packing slips vs drums are emailed or faxed to the person responsible for the consignment program along with a confirmation of the order. Also a monthly inventory sheet will be sent to you to confirm that our paperwork and your inventory amount matches 4

HOW DOES IT WORK *A REFERENCE NUMBER OR PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER IS REQUIRED ON ALL CONSIGNMENT ORDERS The reference number or purchase number will be listed on each corresponding packing slip along with the consignment number and the packing slip number. EXAMPLE: reference/purchase order #12345-1-1 means, customer reference/purchase order # is 12345, consignment #1, drum #1. When the second packing slip is faxed or emailed the reference/purchase order number will appear as 12345-1- 2 and so on til all drums and packing slips have been accounted for. 5

6. HOW DOES IT WORK *A REFERENCE NUMBER OR PURCHASE ORDER NUMBER IS REQUIRED ON ALL CONSIGNMENT ORDERS SLFi will bill the customer as the product is used. EXAMPLE: when a drum is opened the corresponding packing slip is faxed or emailed to SLFi… with permission from the customer to charge to a Purchase Order number or Credit Card. This numbered packing slip is matched with the numbered packing slip on file with SLFi. After 90 days all unused consignment will be invoiced or charged to a credit card. 6

7. CONTAINER SIZES 55 gallon drums 275 gallon totes To receive product at no freight charge an order of 275 gallons or more need to be placed. This order may include 5 gallon pails, 55 gallon drums or 275 gallon totes. Four 275 gallon totes may be ordered at one time. 7

8. HOW DOES IT WORK When the last pails, drums or totes from the consignment order has been opened and billed, we will at the request of the customer and upon receipt of a reference number or purchase order number, automatically duplicate the previous consignment order and ship product to customer. Unless we are notified in writing on the last packing slip, via email or formal letter to cancel or modify consignment, the consignment will continue until SLFi receives written notice to stop all future shipments. WE MUST BE NOTIFIED IN WRITING EITHER ON THE LAST PACKING SLIP, VIA EMAIL OR FORMAL LETTER THAT THE CONSIGNMENT IS TO BE CANCELLED OR MODIFIED. 8
