3 EPA Evaporative Emission Boat builder Reporting Requirements Part 1045.625(d) 2 – What requirements apply under the diurnal transition program? “Send the Designated Compliance Officer a written report by December 31, 2012” If you are a small volume manufacturer using the 1200 unit exemption you must send the Designated Compliance Officer a second report by December 31, 2013.
