2. What makes for a healthy church? Theological Correctness. It provides what I need in a way I like. It does for people what a church should do, like helping the poor and needy, etc. The lives of people involved reflect the kind of life Jesus intended when He died on the cross and rose again.

3. UnhealthyHealthy People know and believe the Bible as the Word of God. People love and worship Jesus. People love one another. People live the kind of lives Jesus intended: peace, joy, love. People don’t really know the Bible. People know they should love Jesus but just go through the motions of worship. People don’t really know one another. People live lives just like everybody else in the community.

Avoid big sins Don’t kill Don’t steal Don’t adultery Don’t lie Don’t harm others Avoid inner sin Don’t rage Don’t worry Don’t lust Don’t cheat Attend church Follow Jesus Trust God, Faithful Worship Love others help others Authentic in community Live by Spirit Do good for others, enemies Sacrifice for others Bring healing Miracles Nominal Healthy Christian
