Anthology (Harcourt Trophies) Focus will be on one story per week Leveled reading books accompany each story Small group instruction based on skills (fluency, comprehension, reading skills, phonics) Partner and Independent work along with learning centers to provide practice on skills that have been taught

The child reads with expression. The child reads aloud and then retells the story or content of the selection. Listening comprehension and reading comprehension are at the same level.
