11 COSTING INPUTS FOR CADASTRAL RESURVEY The effort involved in terms of men, machine and materials and resultant costs are discussed hereunder The aerial photography method and ground based survey using GPS & ETS only are considered presently. The various activities involved in modernization of the land record are chronologically given. All efforts involved and the cost aspects are considered for unit area of 1 sq.km

20 RECOMMENDATIONS RFP for cadastral resurvey project under NLRMP should be made on an approved template so as to keep a rational approach. Empanelment of technical capable companies should be carried out on rated basis. Either the estimated cost should be given in the RFQ or the cost should be finalized on a rate contract basis involving all stakeholders. Allotment of the job can be carried out based on the rated empanelment.
