Four (4) in Broward County. Two (2) in Collier County. Three (3) in Miami-Dade County. One (1) special needs shelter open in Miami-Dade County. Nine (9) shelters, in six (6) counties, are on standby. ESF 11 ESF-11 LSA Team is demobilizing from Stennis. Working with Division of Forestry to set up pre-mobilization area at the South Florida Fairgrounds, West Palm Beach. Approximately 120 truckloads of ice on hand in Florida; pre- staging 50 truckloads to West Palm Beach mobilization area in preparation for response to Rita. 229 truckloads of water on hand in Florida; pre-staging 50 truckloads to West Palm Beach mobilization area. Additional ESF-11 staff have been scheduled for duty at SEOC.
